01 The blind spot

Analytics tells you how many visitors leave.
We reveal the friction points.

Real people navigate your website, attempt a specific task, and reveal the main friction points that slow them down. You receive a marked-up report of UX obstacles and technical bugs, with concrete fixes instead of hours of footage to sift through.

  • SetupNothing to install, no dashboard to learn
  • DeliverySeven business days, from payment

Where
dashboards
stop

Your statistics stop exactly where the answer begins

You can see that seven out of ten visitors abandon their cart. What no analytics tool will ever tell you is that they abandon because a required field rejects phone numbers written with spaces.

The question
Why

The one thing dashboards cannot answer, and the only one worth fixing.

Testers
Real

People recruited for your market, not an automated tool or a heuristic checklist.

Your workload
Zero

Hours of recordings to watch. We do the analysis; you read the conclusions.

Turnaround
7 days

Seven business days from brief to report. Fast enough to fix things before your next campaign.

02 Method

Four stages. You take part in one.

This is a service, not a platform you have to learn. You tell us what you need to find out; we handle everything that follows.

01

You set the brief

Your web address, the task to test: “buy a product”, “book an appointment”, and the device. Five minutes of your time.

02

We recruit the panel

Real people matched to your market: language, country, age, device, technical confidence. Recruited and paid by us. Never bots.

03

They test, and think aloud

Each tester records their screen and their voice while attempting your task. Every hesitation, wrong turn and dead end is captured as it happens.

04

You receive the report

We watch every session, cross-reference what testers ran into, and deliver ranked obstacles with a concrete fix for each one.

buying

03 The report

A document your developer can act on tomorrow morning

Most tools hand you raw recordings and wish you luck. We hand you conclusions: in a document you can forward to your team without explaining anything first.

  • 01

    Obstacles ranked by severity

  • 02

How many testers hit each problem

  • 03

Word-for-word quotations, with the moment they were said

  • 04

A concrete fix for every obstacle

05 The difference

They sell you access. We sell you the answer.

Testing platforms hand you the tools and leave the work to you.

06 Markets

Tested by people from the market you actually sell to

A Parisian shopper, a Montrealer and a customer in Mexico City do not read the same page the same way. Testing a French site with English speakers tells you nothing worth knowing.

01
English

Canada & United States

North American conventions: shipping expectations, taxes revealed late in checkout, familiar payment methods.

02
Français

France, Québec & Afrique francophone

Real differences in vocabulary, distinct payment habits, and legal wording that reassures in one country and worries in another.

03
Español

España & América Latina

Peninsular and Latin American Spanish, plus the US Hispanic market: three audiences too often treated as one.

A more specific market? Write to us and we will tell you whether we can cover it, before you pay.

07 Who we work with

If your website is meant to bring in revenue, it is worth testing

Every obstacle we find is money already spent on traffic that leaves without converting.

01

Online stores

Abandoned carts, confusing checkouts, shipping costs revealed too late.

02

Clinics & practices

Booking flows that discourage, unclear hours, forms nobody finishes.

03

Software, apps & games

Sign-ups that stall, confusing game menus, onboarding that loses users.

04

Service businesses

Quote requests never sent, unconvincing offers, missing signals of trust.

08 Questions

Before you order

01Do I need to install anything on my site?

No. No script, no tag, no plugin, no access to your admin panel. You give us a public URL and we take it from there. If the journey requires an account, you provide test credentials, we never touch real customer data.

02How is this different from asking friends?

Two things. Your friends already know what you sell, so they cannot get lost the way a stranger does. And they will soften what they say to avoid hurting you. Our testers have never seen your site and have no reason to be polite about it.

03What if the report tells me nothing useful?

Every finding is ranked by severity, so you can judge what we found rather than take our word for it. In practice five people attempting the same task always diverge somewhere, and that divergence is the report.
